At Prospect Mortgage LLC., we offer a variety of loan products and programs to suit your financial situation.
Our menu starts with the traditional 30-year fixed rate mortgages for primary residences as well as loan terms for either 25-, 20-, 15- and even 10-year amortizations.
If you believe that you will be in your home for less than 10 years, then one of our adjustable rate mortgages that carry lower interest rates might be the right product for you. Adjustable rate mortgages can be for three-, five-, seven- or 10-year timeframes where the interest rate is fixed for the initial period.
We also offer extremely competitive jumbo and super jumbo financing. In addition to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programs, we also have relationships with local lending institutions who will consider “outside of the box” loan scenarios.
If you need a program that offers low down payments, then government-insured FHA mortgages is most likely your best option. We also offer Veteran’s Administration financing as well as Maryland Bond programs, known as CDA financing.
We also offer financing for second and vacation homes, investment properties, reverse mortgages and even commercial buildings.
